How long is the service life of the fire hose?

Fire hoses are hoses that convey flame-retardant liquids such as high-pressure water or foam. Conventional fire extinguishing hoses are lined with rafter rubber, and linen fabrics on the outside; advanced fire extinguishing hoses are made of polymer materials such as polyurethane. Both ends of the fire hose have metal joints, and another hose can be connected to extend the distance chain, or a nozzle can be connected to increase the liquid jet pressure.
Although fire hoses are better one after another to prevent defective products from flowing into the market, causing hidden dangers such as fire rescue, fire hoses also have a certain validity period. Once the validity period expires, new fire hoses must be replaced. How long is the service life of the fire hose, and is there a prescribed service life?
In fact, there is no clear relevant regulations in our country, and the fire hose will be scrapped when it reaches the service life. To determine whether the fire hose meets the fire extinguishing requirements, it can be based on whether its appearance surface is damaged, whether its caliber and length match the fire hydrant, and whether the inner material is aging. It is recommended that the hose that has been used for 12 years be replaced. In daily management, you can test the compressive strength and time after connecting part of the hose to the fire hydrant every six months. At present, my country has not stipulated the replacement period, and the hose should be replaced in time according to the quality status of the hose product.
And in accordance with the relevant national regulations, if the fire hose is used once, it must be replaced or repaired by the fire maintenance unit, and it must be tested at least once a year, because the fire hose must withstand very high water pressure when used. If the time is too long, internal wall adhesion will occur-general rafter fire hose: valid for one year; PVC fire hose: valid for two years; polyurethane fire hose: valid for two years. Of course, this is only a reference value, depending on the quality and purpose of the product. Finally, a reminder that the storage environment has a small temperature difference, 15°C is the best, no corrosive substances, etc., and the storage time is long.
